"The Biggest Loser Meal Plan helped me lose weight because I have a huge issue with portion control. It's hard for me to stop," Ada admits. "But when you have these prepared meals, then you realize it is enough. When you cook for yourself, it doesn't always register that it's actually several portions."

"The Biggest Loser Meal Plan makes it easier. It's more convenient, I don't have to think about it and I know exactly what I'm eating!"

Ada lost 79 pounds at The Biggest Loser Ranch, and since being home has been eating The Biggest Loser Meal plan and working with a trainer every day. Since then, she dropped an additional 20 pounds in fourteen weeks! Ada weighed in at the finale at a slim and beautiful 159 lbs.!

Portion control is one of the toughest challenges since she's been continuing her weight-loss efforts on her own. The Biggest Loser Meal Plan "definitely helped me with staying within my calories and with my portions, and I would definitely recommend this to someone else trying to lose weight."

Before The Biggest Loser, Ada tried to lose weight several times on her own. She was a workaholic who put in long hours at a computer. Ada was embarrassed by her situation and about how she looked. She wanted to change, but didn't know how.

It took a tremendous amount of courage, but Ada finally applied to be a contestant on The Biggest Loser. She realized if she didn't at least try, she'd always be stuck in a rut and unhappy with herself. Once on the Ranch she says, "I didn't have the burden of work. Every distraction was taken away and the only thing that I had to focus on was the weight loss. I had time to think and reflect on life and what I was doing, and the fact that I wasn't healthy. When I had the time to think through it, it made me finally commit to having a healthier lifestyle."

Obviously something clicked for Ada. She says both her self-confidence and self-esteem are higher, but the thing that stands out the most is that "I'm just a lot stronger than before! I'm able to do things that athletes can do! I guess that makes me an athlete too. I just never saw myself like that; I just saw myself as an overweight girl trying to lose some weight. I'm constantly surprising myself; I never knew overweight people could become really fit people!"

Keep on with the surprises Ada! You look fabulous!
