I work outside the home, am a wife and mother of four children ages 4 to 19, and I was going to college, so my days are non-stop. We're a military family, so we've been traveling and moving constantly for the last 21 years. Work, family and college take a lot of my time.

Before starting on The Biggest Loser Meal Plan, I thought I was eating sensibly. I don't eat out too often and we usually make dinner at home, so I thought I was doing better than most. However, I think my sedentary lifestyle (sitting at a desk all day and not working out), making bad food choices and eating large portions were big factors in my weight gain.

I was tired of being overweight. I realized I couldn't do it by myself and I needed something else to get me going. This plan has absolutely been the best thing for me and I am so happy with my weight loss. Looking at pictures of me from July to now is simply amazing. I talk to so many people and I always tell them about the plan and how it could change their life, because I know it definitely changed mine. I have lost 28 pounds.* I will be 41 next month and I feel great!

I really love being on the meal plan. I don't have to think about making my breakfast and lunch and it helps me get out the door faster in the morning. Being a busy parent makes eating choices sometimes very difficult and this plan has helped me make the right choices. I think we as parents and a society in general go for convenience and I am really glad that this plan is so convenient. This plan has helped me understand portion control and the will to say "no."

I feel absolutely awesome. I haven't felt this way in more than eight years and it's amazing how much weight affects your whole outlook on life. With two small children, I need to stay physically, mentally and emotionally strong for them. Now I know I can keep up with them.

The other main thing I am doing now is exercising. I was not working out because I was not enjoying it and I did not see any results. Now that I'm seeing results and change, I want to continue working out! I have always wanted to run a marathon or half marathon and now I plan on putting time into my life to accomplish that goal.

Honestly, The Biggest Loser Meal plan has given me the opportunity to live life again and feel great about myself. This whole experience has given me a chance to go back to how I used to be -- full of energy, excited about life and confident in myself. I don't think there are enough words to describe the excitement I feel about the changes that have occurred since the onset of the program!

The Biggest Loser Meal Plan is a very simple process that gets you results. I enjoyed knowing that I had someone I could consult with when I needed it and I didn't have to take any additional time out of my busy schedule to go to meetings. This program is the best for people who have a busy lifestyle. I have loved every minute of it!

If I could give advice to others who want to lose weight, I would say you need to be ready to make a change. Then I would say join The Biggest Loser Meal Plan by eDiets… and just watch the pounds come off!
