"I feel the difference – I feel totally different. I never felt this way in my life, even when I was in good shape in college, but the key is that I eat different than I used to eat."

Justin says he didn't really think of himself as obese. He ate what he wanted, when he wanted and never thought more of it. He only agreed to sign on for The Biggest Loser because his good friend, Rulon, had asked him to join him.

Before going to the Ranch, Justin said he hadn't known how to count calories and he didn't care to learn. But once he got there, he decided that this was really the time to make a change, and he says he really got an education.

"I never had anyone sit down with me and say, 'Hey, these are the calories and this is how it works!'"

Justin says losing weight is actually easier now that he's returned home from the Ranch, because what he needs is all right there.

"Being on the go all the time, it's really simple to just throw The Biggest Loser Meal Plan meals in my backpack and know that I am getting a balanced diet, the nutrition I need and the calories I need to eat."

It must be pretty simple because since returning from the Ranch, Justin has lost another 28 pounds* – and he is still going!

"This is more than just a product; it's an education," Justin says. "When I was in shape in college I was still eating fast food and junk food all the time. Now I'm in shape again, but I'm eating right and I feel better than I did when I was 20 years old!"
